I have add in my local.cf this tag:

rewrite_header Subject +++++SPAM+++++

All mail that received without subject or blank subject this rule don't rewrite
the subject.
If this same mail has the subject the rule work correctly.

Ex:

has identified this incoming email as possible spam.  The original
message has been attached to this so you can view it or label
similar future email.  If you have any questions, see
the administrator of that system for details.
