This tracker is for bugs in SpamAssassin itself, which it doesn't sounds like
you have from your description. In the future, be more careful about posting to
the appropriate place, as some projects/communities can be quite mean about
such things. For your particular issues, this page should shed some light:

If you need help understanding why SA detected what it did, you might try
asking on users@spamassassin.apache.org. Include some more information to make
it easier for others, such as a sample FP (and redact client info if needed).

Since you seem new I will also give a bit of a warning that while we are pretty
patient and will try to help people with their problems, we don't teach mail
administration or give instructions. Be prepared to do a fair bit of learning
on your own.
