Occasionally, on an initial push of a RPM, I'll get the messages: No new
files to upload; exiting.

Subsequent pushes of the same package to other channels however, do not
produce this message, and the package is properly added to the channels.
I'm not seeing any kinds of errors in the taskomatic or rhn_upload_package_push
logs. Any ideas on what might cause rhnpush to think the package already
exists on the server? Why would I not get the same error on subsequent
pushes? Since technically it's not uploading anything new, it's just
linking the package to the specified channels.

Spacewalk 2.4
rhnpush-5.5.89-1.el6.noarch

Not sure if it's relevant, but I'm pushing packages from one Spacewalk
server to another (Basically promoting packages from Non-Production to
Production).
