Hi Team,

I'm putting the finishing touches on version 0.x of a script to clone
errata from RHN into Spacewalk and something that seems odd to me is the
publishing aspect of it.

This script is being executed after essentially all software channels
have been populated with all packages available on RHN for RHEL4 & 5 32-
& 64-bit. Let's just focus on the Base channels for now.

For each errata, the script checks the software channels on Spacewalk to
see to which channels each package listed as relevant to the errata are
relevant. In essence, it auto-determines to which channels the errata
should be published (should the user decide to publish at import time).
This seems to work just fine, however, in Spacewalk, if I go to
"Published" errata under "Manage Errata"... click through to channels...
and click the number (> 0) in the Relevant Packages column for those
relevant channels... I get a screen that tells me something like this:

-----
Erratum: RHSA-2009:1238-1
The channel <FOO> has the following packages in common with
RHSA-2009:1238-1. If the version of the package from the erratum is
newer than the one in your channel, you will have the opportunity to
update the channel when you publish this erratum.

No packages.

-----

But... I know for sure this isn't the case... because at this point,
since it has been published to some channels, if I delete the errata,
the packages in question are removed from the channels to which they
were published.

I don't reckon this is a show-stopper, just seems odd that this would
say "No packages" ... shouldn't it be listing the published packages?

Thanks,
