Summary: Documentation for -R global option missing

Initial Comment:
The global option -R (apparently to specify the RNG seed) is referred to in the \
documentation of the dither effect, but not documented in the "Global options" \
section (documentation file updated June 14, 2009 at \
http://sox.sourceforge.net/sox.html).

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a

threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
