Hi Jitesh,

You don't have to upgrade step by step.

Does you Sonar user have all the privileges on the schema?
Do you have several Sonar schemas on your Oracle instance? If so, see
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/SONAR/Frequently+Asked+Questions#FrequentlyAskedQuestions-ConnecttothewrongOracleschema
