Hi James,

I posted with the same issue a few days ago. See - http://sonarqube.15.x6.n=

In the mean time, I've got it building by altering the report.json so that =
the times are relative to my timezone. I suspect the way to solve this migh=
t be to refactor the JsonReport/DateUtils relationship. It's what's leading=
 to the brittle test.

I successfully built sonar-persistit, however, I am still unable to build S=
