First, thank you for the include of the two patches "file path managment bug
under windows" and 
"cpp extensions (with modifications : add .cc, .hh extension or whatever
optionally)"
in sonar cxx.
Why not include Bullseye patch too?

I know, Bullseye it's a commercial tool but there is no open source
alternative on windows plateform.
For info the open source coverage solution "TestCocoon" is now dead and is
commercialy available as "Squish Coco".
