Does anybody know of a PCI NIC (preferably multi-port) that can power down
ports?  Something that allows the driver to complete shutdown a port, like
bringing a port down on a managed switch.

This could be used to implement Link State Tracking between a switch and a
soekris with this NIC.

Does such a thing exist?
