You will have to add "c:\apache_soap\soap-2_2" in the classpath so the
samples.calculator.Calculator class can be found.  You won't need to alter
it since it's the same for all the samples.

What does this mean?
"To install this service on an Apache-SOAP listener,
you need to make
the samples.calculator package available on the
Apache-SOAP listener's
classpath."

Does it mean I have to alter the class path and
restart tomcat everytime I want to run a new sample
program?

I copied testit.cmd to testit.bat and here is what I
received:

$ testit.bat

http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter

Running the calculator
