  <DIV></DIV>&gt;Martin,
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;I placed soap.jar in the %TOMCAT_SERVER%\lib : Got the same
  Error
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;Also added to %TOMCAT_SERVER%\lib mail.jar, activation.jar,
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;xmlParserAPIs.jar, bsf.jar, js.jar : Got same Error
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;Now Nick Kormweibel thinks it's CLASSPATH problem.
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;
  <DIV></DIV>&gt;I have in the CLASSPATH:

  <DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt;Thanks Nick, I was hoping it's not a classpath issue
  which I went over
  <DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt;carefully - soap.jar was set in the classpath

  <DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt;Both Server and Client are deployed on the same I set

  <DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt;classpath, do I need a separate classpath for the app
  server.
