Summary: FD leak when alert_unixsock is turned on

Initial Comment:
When the alert_unixsock feature is turned on in 
snort.conf, the alert socket is not closed when snort 
receives a HUP signal (for log rotation/restart snort).

I'm attaching a file that has the fix.
