	if you use RA, use /64 on point-to-point link (otherwise you won't be
	able to use RFC2462 autoconf).

	otherwise, you won't need global address at all for routing purposes.
	if you really need global address (for monitoring purposes or whatever)
	/126 may work fine, maybe not.  i personally use /64 as it is less
	likely that some implementation chokes with /64, than choke with /126.
