Hum, I don't know the exact reason why the inconsistency occurred, but
maybe the code we had imported was not exactly equal to NetBSD2.0

Currently, we don't catch up to the latest release of NetBSD, since
the KAME project is going to conclude next March.  However, as we have
already announced, the development of the mobility stack will
continue.  I myself will be one of the developers of the new activity.

Considering the situation, we will probably sync with the newer
version of BSD sooner or later.  But, due to development resource
limitation, we cannot promise we will do the work on both FreeBSD and
NetBSD.  (Currently, the SHISA stack supports both)

For this moment, we don't have any idea about the base version.
