Let me know if there are any obvious problems, as usual :-) Enjoy!

IMPORTANT: config_load now has a new attribute "global". By default this
is false, meaning that all config variables loaded in a template are
_not_ seen in the parent template(s). This may break backward
compatibility with your templates. Add {config_load file="blah.conf"
global=true} to retain the old behavior.

I also have yet to document the new count_* variable modifiers, but they
should be fairly obvious.
