I've been reading everything I can find out about Smarty caching. It appears
that when you turn on caching, everything is cached, and the way to avoid
caching certain templates is to include them via "insert". I suppose another
way would be to call clear_cache() prior to rendering the template. Is that
correct?

What I'd like to do is the opposite -- leave caching off in general, but turn
it on for specific templates. Is there a way to do this?

cheers,

Travis
