Does smarty has an ignore tag ? something like {ignore}{/ignore} ? so a 
WYSIWYG can be used to edit the files ? (I want html header files so they're 
displayed properly in the editor, but only one file provides the header for 
all the project and all the other files are included and I don't want to have 
headers inside the html).
