Hi,

There seems to be a bug when Smarty tries to create the directory for 
the compiled templates:

When the compile_dir is "/tmp/something/whatever" Smarty tries to create 
directories in the form "/%%-15/%%-1585884425", i.e. in the root directory.

The reason seems to be that _write_file() tries to create the directory 
but the parameter "$filename" is already wrong (compile_dir stripped off).

Anyone an idea how this could be fixed?
