Would it be possible to also get
$smarty.cache_id ?
 
My thought is to add:

    template - {$smarty.template}
    cache_id - {$smarty.cache_id}
    cached at - {$smarty.now|date_format:"%Y-%m-%d
%H:%M:%S"}
-->
 
to templates for debugging.
