Yes you should be worried about those. If there are a lot of them, the disk
is probably toast. If there are a few and you want to save some money by
continuing to use the drive, then you need to overwrite the sectors in
order to allow the drive to remap them. This will cause a loss of data in
the bad sectors and you probably want to figure out what files are being
damaged by this.
