Hummmm.
After of shutdown the server a wait 30 minutes, and increase the space between
the hard disks (it was very hot) I have other status :-D...

after of open the case.

It is possible that the fail it is because are very hot and near of the other
disks? <- I think that it is possible.
What do I must?, try to replace the disk??? or
check the backup copy and wait some time if the errors happends one more time,
change it??

If the disk is still under warranty, the vendor will replace it under
warranty. Just tell them that the SMART status is failing on spin retry
count.
