Well, seems like
debugreiserfs -1 block_number
shows the data located on that block and forces drive to re-read it, so it 
relocates the sector, at least as did to me. All the previous steps (finding 
out the block number) were the same as in case of ext2/3.
I'd say it was easier and much faster than using debugfs (on 300 GB drive), 
and worked even for unused block. As I know debugfs won't force re-reading 
in such situation, but debugreiserfs did, and the sector was relocated. Now 
drive feels fine for a week already, no test fails or pending sectors. Thank
