Here the output for the FUJITSU MHV2040AT in my Apple iBook G4.
All self tests failed and there are 5 Offline_Uncorrectable, which came
during the last days. The drive is one month old. The
Reallocated_Sector_Ct has a extremely high value.
I'll bring the iBook to the Apple Center to get the drive replaced under
warranty.
