             Bug #: 51255
Summary: Scoped Test Element has wrong state
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: notifications@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: etudenhoefner@googlemail.com
    Classification: Unclassified

This can be reproduced by simply adding a scoped test element (e.g. a Response
Assertion) to a sampler, where "Appy to: JMeter Variable" is selected and a
variable name is entered. If now in a different or even in the same sampler a
new scoped test element of the same type is created, the field "JMeter
Variable" is now filled with the data that was entered in the first scoped test
element.
