[PATCH] Return results in server order
Summary: [PATCH] Return results in server order
Product: Slide
Version: 2.0
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: WebDAV client
AssignedTo: slide-dev@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: gianugo@apache.org
See http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=107529363300006&r=1&w=2&n=6 for a thourough
discussion and background. This solution is somewhat naive, yet it's one of the
less intrusive way given the current codebase (no API changes, no new
dependencies): in the future, however, it might be the case to consider a
migration to a Collection based system. Also, this enhancement introduces
somehow a performance penalty since a Vector (yeah, I know... but the API
requires an Enumeration to be returned) is used to keep track of entries.
