testsuite/build.xml does not contain required jars to build correctly

The testsuite target in the main build.xml calls the jakarta-slide/testsuite/build.xml build script. 
The testsuite/build.xml script does not contain jdom, xmlunit, or oro in the classpath. Patch 
included with this bug. Note, adding oro/xmlunit to build.properties too.
