Hi Jan:

Your /etc/systemimager/flamethrower.conf needs to have something similiar towards the \
end (this is the "module" it is referring to):

[image1]
  DIR = /var/lib/systemimager/images/image1
[override_image1]
  DIR = /var/lib/systemimager/overrides/image1
[boot-i386-standard]
 DIR=/usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/

Your /etc/dhcpd.conf needs to have the following options:

option option-143 code 143 = string; # For flamethrower
option option-143 "9000"; # Also for flamethrower

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Bernard

Subject: [Sisuite-users] [Fwd: Cannot clone my Virtual Machine.]

Dear listmembers,

I get errors when trying to make a flametrower clone of a VMware Virtual
Machine running SuSe SLES 9.

Somewhere in the middle of all console messages I see:

Listening at multicast on 234.0.0.1
Unexpected opcode 0700

These are the last messages I see on the console:

====Start of console snapshot=====

get_boel_binaries_tarball

flamettrhower_client(boot-i386-standard)

 WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING

Killing off running processes.

              This is the SystemImager autoinstall system
Your autoinstall has failed. You can use the shell prompt to try and
see what happend. You may be able to use the <Shift>+<Page up> keys to
scroll back and see the text that has passed off the top of the screen.

====End of console snapshot=====

Have I configured something wrong or forgot to configure something for
flametrower?

Kind regards,

Jan Gerrit Kootstra
