I think this might work for you (assuming ia32):
  http://www.dannf.org/systemimager/test/allnetdrivers/

If not, there's a section in the FAQ you can follow about building your
own boot flavor.

This driver is in cvs, and will be in 3.2.0 (no clue when that will be).

I highly suggest you do not use 3.0.0-1.  Please upgrade to the latest
packages in the 3.0.x series, as they include various bug fixes.
