I'd say this is just a User Interface issue.  I'd just show the response ba=
ck to the user "Call failed.  Target system suggests to retry back in 1000 =
seconds" or something similar let the user know that there was Retry-After =
guidance back.  I would not start  an automatic callback timer but instead =
offer to the user if they wish to be notified after the time has elapsed so=
 they can try the call again.  Something along those lines...

what is the impact on the user=A0experience=A0on the re-try header?
say, I send a INVITE gets a 4xx with Retry-after 1000 seconds.

will the device automatically tries that call after 1000 seconds (or) will =
it inform the user that it is doing a re-try for that Call (or) say if the =
user is in a Call when the tick happened (1000 seconds) wil wait for that e=
xsisting call to be completed and than send this Call?

Can you please tell me how implementations use this header from user=A0Expe=
riences
