A re-INVITE can modify the SDP (session) and also the target (dialog)
by sending a different Contact uri.

Of course no. These parameters cannot change during a (early-)dialog.

The caller can send an UPDATE during the early dialog to change
session information (SDP). This is not possible with a re-INVITE.
