   For the call stateful proxy, how to track the state of dialog?

Strictly speaking, a proxy does not maintain call state, only the UAs
do.  And the states of the two UAs are (of course) maintained
separately, though if one UA transitions to a particular state, the
other UA will soon, once the messages are transmitted.

So first, you have to make sure you understand what sort of state you
want your proxy to record, and its relationship to potential states of
the UAs.
