RFC 3265 indicates a Subscribe refresh should be sent using the same dialog
as the initial Subscribe.  If this does not happen i.e. a new Subscribe is
sent for the same user and event would this result in the user receiving 2
Notify messages as a result of an event status change , one for each
Subscribe ?  I am thinking particularly of the Event:Message-Summary case
for message waiting indication.
