Hi All,

What would be the proxy behavior for the following scenario:

1.
	     Pxy

		|
		|
   INVITE   |
----------->|
		|Forking
		|INVITE (1)
		|---------->
		|
		|INVITE (2)
		|---------->
		|
		| 100 (1)
		|<----------
		|
		| 600 (1)
		|<----------

In the above scenario, since INVITE 1 has not received any provisional
response a CANCEL for it cannot be sent.

Please verify if the following behaviour of Proxy for this scenario is
correct:
Proxy wait for Timer C expiry of INVITE 1 and then forward 600 in case of
Timer C expiry.
