Dear folks,

I hope this is right alias to talk...

In INVITE transaction, when a provisional response is sent from UAS, how
long should UAC wait for?(i.e. time-out)
Just I understand; If waiting for a provisional response, UAC should
retransmit the INVITE message with 'exponential backoff'. However, in that
case, we should consider the case that the called party is just 'rung'.

I could not find an explicit description about that case in rfc2543. (Sorry,
I just read earlier bis)
Does anyone know any documents described how to do that?

Any information is highly appreciated.

Sincerely yours,
Toshihiko
