milcbot can be used in some other testing, but probably not in Irssi
client testing.  We need to verify that things work on the irssi UI.
Naturally, lots of testing is done with the client library, but even so,
the results are displayed on the irssi and that's what needs to be tested.
The irssi stuff can be automated and should be.  Now would be the time to
start writing those tests and scripts btw so, if gemmi, zedshaw, anybody
wants to do that now would be very good time to do it.  We will start
testing after 1.2 protocol integration is finished.
