The SILC Client version 0.7.1 is now available!  The software is available
from the following sources:

        http://silcnet.org/
        ftp://ftp.silcnet.org/

This version is a bugfix release and fixes for example the /nick @ bug.
Someone changing nickname to @ character would look others as empty
nickname because of parsing error.  JOIN command should not crash the
client anymore, and <[unknown]> nickname should not appear on channel
anymore.  Other minor bugs were also fixed.
