Hello,

We have finally got ready a first 0.01 version of the SILC Toolkit
Reference Manual.  It does not include all interfaces just yet, since I
haven't had time to write all headers in the generator format.  The pages
are automatically generated from the sources.  The manual is available
at:

	http://silcnet.org/docs/toolkit/

It will become available in the future Toolkit releases as well.

I'm going away for a while now.  Next week I'm in IPSEC bakeoff at
Helsinki and won't be doing any SILC development.  After that I leave for
three week vacation and might be gone at least the first two weeks of
those three.
