I have been doing this on a clients Webwasher. 
You use the NTLM agent on at least 1 domain server.
(Going from memory)
You configure proxy->authentication->NTLM agents, then enter in the IPs
of the server with the NTLM agent on it.
If you have multiple domains, then the syntax is IP@domain;
IP@domain;etc.

This is all in the online help from within the Webwasher.
