How about calling Sidewinder support? This is likely a basic layer 3 issue.

Can you ping the internal interface of the server?

Does the server IP in show up in the ARP table on your PC (on windows
this would be arp -a on the command line)?

Is there *any* chance that you have the internal and external interfaces
on the firewall confused (e.g. you have the external wire on the
internal NIC and vice-versa)? This has happened several times to me as
IIRC 5.x loaded the interfaces on our hardware in one order, and 6.x
seemed to do it the other way. Or maybe I was just overtired.

Also wander over to the server itself, log in and srole, then see if you
have the IP address assigned correctly:

ifconfig -a

Finally, if none of this works, it will help quite a bit if you give the
model you're running, and the thingy, uh, version of the software
running on that hardware.

Regards,
Petro.
