Interesting that Secure Computing themselves do not recommend rebooting
firewalls.

I had a habit of rebooting the cluster secondary after an alias change
mainly just to see if the cluster behaved as it should and SC slapped me
on the back of the hand.

We use aliases on our Sidewinders a lot and get that message as well. We

also never reboot and I don't think we have ever experienced any
problems 
with it. Most of this experience is on Firewall versions 6.1.2.05 and
not 
some of the newer 7 versions though.
