We  don't use the IP address for the service because it changes every 4
or 5 minutes.  We use the DNS name instead.  When the IP address changes
we lose the connection to the server until it retains the same IP
address at some point.

We do not use the Sophos AV here, but does the domain associated to the
IP addresses change? Can you have your ACL use the domain instead of an
IP address?  Or are you already doing this?

Hi All,
I am trying to demo the Sophos AV solution (not the one that is on the
SW) and when the IP address that Sophos uses expires and changes the SW
losses the connection and stops downloading the files it needs to
support itself.  I have gone over this issue with SC and we seem to have
exhausted all avenues of trouble shooting.  I'm sure that there has to
be someone out there that is using a SW and using the Sophos AV solution
as well that might be able to shed some light on this issue.
