Kernal Routing Table.  I would guess that the entries with SENT mean that
gated updated the kernal routing table.

Suggest:  www.google.com :  +gated +KRT

"KRT SENT type ADD(1)flags UP GW(3) error 55: No buffer space available"

Something ran out of room:  maybe the Kernel routing table?

What does "netstat -rn" look like?

Maybe running gated on a firewall and allowing it to listen on a external 
interface isn't a good idea?  ;^)
