My smtp-in looks like this:

a. Source - all addresses,
b. Destination - mail host  <-----Try changing this to the address of
the Sidewinder on the external burb. Make sure the burb is right.
c. redirection - mail host on port 25 <---With the above change this
should (I think) work. I do my syslogging this way.

Make sure NAT is not taking place

smtp-out looks like:

a.  Source  - mail server
b.  Destination - all addresses
c.  NAT - normal to localhost.
