We have seen situations where:

1) Internal machine forwards SOA request to internal interface on the
firewall
2) Firewall forwards SOA request to outside DNS, and gets answer.
3) Internal machine gets SOA response, and then tries to contact that name
   server *directly*

Anyone ever see this?  What (presumably silly thing) might we be doing to
induce this behavior?
