In /etc/rc.database, the command "myisamchk" is used as

  /sbin/ind Audb /usr/bin/myisamchk ...... (for audit DB)
  /sbin/ind Aldb /usr/bin/myisamchk ...... (for ACL DB)

depending on the type of the DB.

See ind(8), /etc/rc.database(shell script), or
/usr/sbin/rollauditdb (perl script) for the details.
