I have a request from some users to modify the message:

**      THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY      **
**  YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE  **
**********************************************
so as to make it more descriptive to say something like that a server maybe down temporarily. 

Any ideas on how I can modify this (if I can)?
