Everyone,
      Just to clarify the whole restore issue's.
1. You must have the same version of sidewinder on cd
that you are attempting to restore. If you don't then
there is a simple solution. If you have the following.
  A. always have your activation.html on floppy and a
config_backup on floppies.
  B. install whatever version you have on cd if you
don't have the same version that your backup was done
at then follow the additional steps.
  c. reactivate with the .html on floppy or go to
secure's web site and activate and save to floppy with
firewall-name.html
  D. patch the sidewinder by downloading patches via
gui or command line. If you have a 5.1 cd and need to
get to 511.01 you will not need to download or install
51001 or 51002 just download the 51100 and 51101. 
  E. install patches in order
  D. when you get to the same patch level that the
backup was done at then restore with the floppies.
this works just fine.
 F. Always request new media from
service@securecomputing.com so these issues never
happen. also remmember that when restoreing to 5.2xx
your system requirements have been increased to a
300mhz proccessor.
