Hi All, 

We tried to upgrade our Sidewinder yesterday to 5.2 and ran into a problem: the \
install crashes on the preinstall script. 

I was wondering if anybody 1) tried to do the same upgrade and succeeded? and 2) \
whether anybody else ran into the same problem and can maybe shed some light on what \
exectly the messages in the install_errors logfile mean?

Here's what we're getting in the install_errors logfile:
