Here are a couple other "would like to sees".
1. Allow the use of Net Groups with IP filters (I think this was already
mentioned).
2. Allow comments to be added to the IP filters (and be able to see them
through Cobra).

We _do_ allow the acls to be sorted starting with version 5.1.1.00. The
sort in Cobra is a visual thing (the acls are not automatically reordered),
but they are grouped. Have the customer click on the column header for
the acl field they want to sort on and then "ta-da!" the acls are sorted.
