If you use the -w option to capture raw packet data to a file, you can
analyse the packets in Ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com)

Great for following sessions and applying filters to the traffic stream.
Ethereal can also be used (with winpcap on Win2000) to capture packets from
the network directly. Available for Windows and Unix platforms
